Esri - Create Dynamic Analytics with ArcGIS Dashboards

Session Description: ArcGIS Dashboards present location-based analytics through interactive visualizations on one screen. Organizations can use them to make decisions, visualize trends, and monitor status in near real-time. Learn to customize dashboards for your audience, enabling them to find the answers they need.  Participants will require their own laptops for the session.

Session DescriptionJoin us to explore ArcGIS Arcade and discover how this versatile expression language can be utilized across the ArcGIS system. Learn how to create customized visualizations, labels, pop-ups, and calculations by dynamically transforming feature and geometry data. ArcGIS Arcade allows users to perform mathematical and logical operations, manipulate text, define user-created functions, and incorporate data from feature attributes, layers, and data stores to generate new values for maps and applications in real-time. Participants will require their own laptops for the session.

AllTerra- Precision in the Field: Advanced Workflows with ArcGIS Field Maps & Trimble GNSS

Bowman - Asset Management Made Easy Through Survey123 & PACK

Session Description: Asset management and continuous collection of information for proactive decision-making purposes can seem overwhelming.  Using Survey123 as a field collection tool, Bowman will showcase its Port Asset Condition Kit (PACK) as a solution for integrating asset information and incoming data streams to support client needs for condition reporting and operations dashboards.

New Edge Services - Understanding ArcGIS Enterprise Configuration

Session Description: Understanding Standard ArcGIS Enterprise Configurations. This workshop will focus on the ArcGIS Enterprise components (ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store, ArcGIS Web Adaptor and the Geodatabase) and recommended architecture. A broad range of topics will be covered including the roles of each component, security, network requirements, the cloud, single sign on, database maintenance, and tips and tricks to get the most out of your system.

DataMark - Routing the Future: GIS in NG9-1-1

Session DescriptionThis educational workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1), highlighting the critical role of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in enabling accurate, IP-based emergency call routing. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how NG9-1-1 differs from legacy systems, and how GIS replaces outdated components with spatially-driven data layers. The session includes a discussion on the transitional state, GIS workflow tips, technical guidance for efficient data remediation and a recommended order for correcting key layers such as road centerlines, address points, and emergency service boundaries. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of data validations, with real-world examples illustrating how errors in GIS data can impact call routing and public safety operations. To close, we’ll touch on key updates from NENA document version 3. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with practical strategies to support NG9-1-1 readiness and improve GIS data quality across jurisdictions.

Session Description:   Using ArcGIS Experience Builder to create web applications is the future of developing modern, interactive, no-code web apps. Choose a template and create an immersive web experience for your audience by unifying web apps, web pages, interactive widgets, and both 2D and 3D data through a flexible drag-and-drop interface. In this workshop, learn and work with some of the newest widgets like the Business Analyst, the Oriented Imagery widget and others. Participants will require their own laptops and mobile device for the session.

Session Description: 

So, they told you to make maps…but you’re a grant writer.

Although GIS professionals can vary widely in experience and training, this is what makes our knowledge valuable and unique. This workshop is intended to familiarize beginners with the ArcPro interface and to introduce fundamental tools used for both common analyses and creating basic maps. We will focus on essential routine skills used in the following topics:

  • The interface and where to find common tools
  • Table management
  • Symbology and Labeling
  • Querying and Selecting data
  • Editing and common Geoprocessing tools
  • Creating and sharing Layouts and applying map elements to create an efficient and aesthetic map

By the end of the workshop, you will have created one map layout showcasing most frequently used tools across a broad range of professional settings.
