Self-service functionality for new members

Q: What happens after I submit online member application?
A: Once a person submits an application, it is processed according to the Member application. Once the application is submitted, the member will be able to login and access member profile page. If the payment process has not been finalized (either due to manual payment selected or not completing the online payment), member will have the choice of:

  • Retrying the online payment
  • Canceling pending application

  • To retry online payment, member should click on the [Resubmit payment] button. The member will be transferred to a secure online payment page.
  • The member can also cancel a pending application by clicking on the [Cancel application] button. Note that pending member record will be removed from the database.
