For 2026, we are intentionally taking a more relaxed and exhibition-focused approach.
Rather than building the day around a full conference-style agenda, our goal is to create an inviting space where GIS professionals, students, educators, industry partners, government agencies, map enthusiasts, geologists, earth scientists, and community members can come together to explore how geography and spatial information are being used across different fields.
We envision the event primarily as a community geospatial showcase, i.e., an opportunity for participating organizations to display maps, applications, imagery, equipment, projects, demonstrations, educational resources, or other work that helps people better understand the value and possibilities of GIS and the broader geospatial profession.
