What do I need to do to become a exhibitor -
Please submit all materials by COB August 9th! 
  • Submit Registration & Payment
  • Send in Company Bio (no more than 125 words)
  • Send in Company Logo (jpg, tif, gif, pdf, png, ai, etc...)
  • Send in high resolution ad for the conference guide (jpg, tif, gif, pdf, png, ai, etc...)
  • All standard vendors receive a ½ page landscape ad. (½ Page 2.75" high x 4.25" wide)
  • All exhibitor sponsorships receive a portrait full page ad. (Full Page 5.5" high x 4.25" wide)
  • Additional sizes can be purchased
