ArcGIS 4: Sharing Content on the Web (10.2) - Cost $850
Monday & Tuesday March 10th & 11th 8am – 5pm


Overview:
ArcGIS supports sharing geographic content across multiple platforms so it is accessible to everyone who needs it, when they need it, however they want to access it. This course teaches how to turn your authoritative GIS data, workflows, and maps into ArcGIS services that can be published to ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS for Server, or Portal for ArcGIS; easily embedded in web maps and websites; accessed by desktop, web, and mobile applications; and deployed to servers on secure internal networks. You will learn how to determine which sharing option is appropriate for your needs.

Audience:

• GIS analysts, specialists, and other experienced ArcGIS users who want to share geographic content in web maps and web mapping applications
• Developers who want to incorporate GIS services and web maps into custom applications

Migrating to ArcGIS 10.2 for Server - Cost $850
Monday & Tuesday March 10th & 11th 8am – 5pm


Overview:
This course provides an overview of workflows you can follow to successfully migrate version 10.0 and 9.x ArcGIS for Server systems to version 10.2. ArcGIS 10.2 for Server uses a services architecture based on widely adopted web standards and supports rich functionality, simple installation and administration, and high performance and scalability. You will learn what the architecture changes mean for your existing system and get the information and hands-on experience you need to implement a suitable migration strategy for your organization.

Audience:
Experienced administrators of a version 10.0, 9.3.1, or 9.3 ArcGIS for Server system who need to install, manage, and support an ArcGIS 10.2 for Server system.

Python for ArcGIS – An Introduction - Cost $250
Monday March 10th 8am – 5pm

Overview:
Python scripts can be used to manipulate a map, execute Geoprocessing commands, and read/write files. This one day course introduces basic Python syntax, working with ArcPy (the Python scripting module for ArcGIS) and simple file manipulation with Python.

Audience:
Attendees should be familiar with the basic use of ArcGIS, including the topics covered in ESRI Desktop I, II, III classes and also familiar with Geoprocessing.

GIS Editing 101 - Cost $250
Monday March 10th 8am – 5pm


Overview:
This class will show you how to set up your geodatabases to take optimum advantage of the new tools, as well as editing techniques that can streamline the editing process. It will also cover some techniques with cartographic representations that will give you true WYSIWYG editing rather than the standard wireframe editing. Instructor Samantha Gorham will incorporate real-world examples similar to what you may encounter everyday in your own work.
