Will Do:
•1. Create and manage store spotting maps using MapInfo, further develop the customer spotting process.
•2. Create market share penetration maps using store spotting.
•3. Create demographic and psychographic profiles of customers based on store spotting.
•4. Lifestyle target group correlation.
•5. Drive time demographic and psychographic profiles.
•6. Development of Market Area potential for metropolitan areas.
•7. Creation and maintenance of national store and site analog database.
•8. Interface with regional and corporate marketing TMs.
•9. Interface with upper level regional and chain management.
•10. Develop new ways to use GIS solutions to enhance business decisions.
•11. Update and maintain a robust sales analysis database that tracks industry and economic trends, competitive impacts, sister store impacts, growth trends, department sales trends and other key analog measures used for site forecasting.
•12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must Have:
•1. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•2. Strong computer skills.
•3. Proficient with MapInfo or similar GIS software.
•4. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•5. Basic understanding of statistical methods.
•6. Analytically minded.
•7. Detail oriented.
•8. Excellent communication including written, verbal and listening skills.
•9. Ability to work independently.
•10. Ability to not disclose confidential information. |
