3 Year Vendor Agreements


Several vendors participate at both the Regional & OK SCAUG Annual Conferences. As an incentive program  SCAUG has developed a set of 3 year vendor agreements to address this issue. It may or may not fit your need but it is available to any company that feels it would be beneficial to them. The standard individual conference registration will still be the same as always, you just have another option to choose from. Make 1 payment per year for both conferences with a 10% discount.

Current Platinum Vendor sponsorship rates:
-Regional Conference: $2,000
-Oklahoma Conference: $1,000

Combined rates with the 3 year Platinum Vendor Sponsorship & 10% discount: $2,700

Conference Amenities :
-Double Booth (approx 16 x 20)
-Exclusive Sponsorship towards the main attended meal (15 minute presentation option)
-3 Registrations (includes sessions & meals)
-Full Page Ad in Conference Guide
-Free Distribution of Vendor Literature Materials
