MAP GALLERY SUBMISSIONS

Map Poster Abstract Submittal Guidelines
- Conference registration is REQUIRED
- Submit abstract here: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/27dded3ee66a46348c132acbf27b09fe
- Due no later than March 1, 2018
- Map Posters must be submitted at the Registration Desk by Wednesday, April 11, 2018 no later than 2pm
- Map Posters must be printed no larger than 34” x 44” and mounted (easels provided)
- Map Posters must be picked up at the Registration Desk by Friday, April 13, 2018 no later than 12pm. Any posters left after that time will be recycled
- Awards given for competitions as voted on by the conference attendees and will be announced in the Exhibitor Hall on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 4:20pm
- All entrants are asked to supply a .pdf of their poster, at the Registration Desk, for inclusion on the SCAUG conference website by Wednesday, April 11, 2018 no later than 2pm
- Any map marketing or promoting a product cannot be submitted. The Board has the right to remove any map from the Map Gallery that is viewed as such
Please submit the following requirements in order to be entered into Map Gallery Competition:
- Poster Title
- Abstract (150 words or less)
- Author (s) Name & Title
- School/Company/Organization Name (s)
